What we’re trying to ascertain is if the analysis of a PR has the ability to track Activity like when the main branch gets analysed.
Leadership wants to get an idea of how long it takes a developer to clear the issues in a PR. The main branch analysis has the Activity tab, but there is no such tab when a PR branch is scanned.

Ehm… This sounds… fraught.
PR analysis is kinda like your dog: it lives in the moment. 
That’s why there’s no activity tab.
I think your best fallback/proxy is the duration between opening and merging the PR.

I get it.
It’s more about number of commits needed to resolve an issue and how, over time, that number will hopefully diminish and improve productivity.
